Откупот и исплата на земјоделските производи ќе се врши по електронски пат. Со воведување на електронски систем ќе се има целосен увид во работењето на трговците и откупувачите и на тргувањето во откупните центри. Податоците за купените количества и дали навреме е платен родот на земјоделците ќе бидат на едно местои достапни за контрола

Се воведува електронски систем за водење на регистарот на откупувачи на земјоделски производи со целосна евиденција на родот, од договорените количества со производителите, до откупните цени и нивната исплата.

Електронската евиденција ќе има контрола на исполнувањето на условите од договорот меѓу трговците и фармерите.

Бројот на договорите кои ќе се внесуваат во системот на годишно ниво се очекува да се движи помеѓу 50 и 100.000, а бројот на вкупните тргувања се очекува да изнесува и неколку пати повеќе.

Електронската евиденција ќе се води за неколку групи на земјоделски производи, односно за тргувањето со овошје, зеленчук, грозје, добиток, млеко, печурки, жита, маслодајни култури и мед.
