Следната година продолжува субвенционирање на земјоделците кои што ќе ги заменат ниско профитните житни и индустриски култури со градинарски или лозови и овошни насади. Поддршката е за 30 проценти повисоки од основните субвенции.

Дополнителни 30 проценти субвенции ќе добиваат земјоделците кои ќе решат да направат замена на непрофитабилното производство со промена на насадите со други видови на земјоделски култури со поголеми приноси.

Промената треба постепено да овозможи групирање на производство на земјоделските површини во една гранка со најдобри предности во соодветниот регион, како на пример наместо житни на нивите да бидат најзастапени градинарските култури или овошките.

Дополнителна финансиска поддршка ќе се добива за првите пет години од пријавувањето на промената во друг тип на производство за подигнатите повеќегодишни градинарски, овошни или индустриски култури.

Зголемената поддршка можат да ја добијат оние земјоделци кои претходно најмалку 3 години земале субвенции за полјоделски култури.
