Речиси 5.700 решенија со наложени мерки за отстранување на неправилностите, изречени 150 парични казни и поведени 41 прекршочна и 2 кривични постапки е епилогот од 85 илјади контроли кои во текот на годинава ги направи Агенцијата за храна. Некои од казните се и поради необележување на храната, односно недостиг на нутритивните тврдења на пакувањата на производите, а кои станаа задолжителни од пред шест месеци. Јасно наведени алергени, потекло на храната, посебни нутритивните табели, отстапки во нето-тежината, и тоа со болдирани или букви во друга боја, од 13 мај годинава станаа секојдневната пракса на сите фабрики за храна при подготовка на амбалажата на своите производи.
Во Агенцијата за храна велат дека за една година направиле над 85 илјади контроли на оператори со храна во внатрешниот промет и при увоз.
– Во нив се утврдени и недоследности во начинот на обележување на производите, но тие не се водат како посебни неправилности. Единствено има збирни бројки и според нив како небезбедни, од домашниот пазар, повлечени и поништени се 238.590 килограми храна од животинско и од неживотинско потекло. Од страна на инспекторите за храна и официјалните ветеринари на граничен премин, годинава забранет е влез на 26 небезбедни пратки со храна – велат во Агенцијата.
Фирмите извознички новиот начин на обележување веќе го применуваат две години. Со новите законски обврски операторот со храна треба на секоја декларација да обележи дали производот содржи глутен, дали има остатоци од алергени, а освен на амбалажите, нутритивните својства на храната треба да ги има и во сите ресторани, ланч-барови и продавници за брза храна.
Според новите законски измени, од барањето за задолжително означување на нутритивните својства се изземени само минералната вода, билките или зачините, потоа солта, трпезните засладувачи, кафето, чајот и ферментираниот оцет. Нутритивни својства не треба да има и кај аромите, адитивите во храната, ензимите во храната, желатинот, џемот, квасецот и гумите за џвакање и други. Целта на обележувањето е да не ги доведуваат во заблуда потрошувачите, односно декларацијата да не биде двосмислена
Што се однесува до рестораните, тие се обврзани на информативни табли да ги наведат потеклото, нутритивните табели, супстанциите што предизвикуваат алергиски реакции, боите и другите составни делови на целата храна што ја служат. Ова посебно се однесува на храната што се произведува на самото место, а не е претходно спакувана како храна што се подготвува во ресторани или продавници за бели печива, пабови и кафулиња. Информациите може да бидат означени на менито, на табли, на карти или да бидат вербално пренесени од страна на персоналот на објектот.
Во согласност со новата законска регулатива, дефинирани се и казни за непочитување на одредбите – 3.000 евра за правните лица, 1.000 евра за одговорното лице и 500 евра за физичкото лице.
