Со цел македонскиот аграр ефикасно да ги надмине последиците од климатските промени потребно е рационално искористување на водните ресурси, навремено предвидување на временските услови, обука на земјоделците за примена на најсоодветни производни техники и добивање брзи, точни информации за успешен пласман. Поради тоа, експертите ја нагласуваат потребата од изнаоѓање сорти и култури отпорни на повисоки температури, сушни услови и нови заболувања, како и инвестирање во инфраструктурата, едукацијата и модернизацијата на системите за рано предупредување.
